MAC Residential Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our administrative team.

MAC Residential Services operates group homes providing residential support to adults with intellectual disabilities. The Office Assistant will help support the administrative needs of our homes, employees, and management team.

Experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or in a residential services setting is a plus, but is not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things organized. Because our office supports multiple residential homes and employees, the ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, follow through on tasks, and maintain accurate records is important.

Why Join MAC Residential Services?

You will be part of a team that supports adults with intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. While this is an administrative position, the work you do helps support the staff and systems that allow our residential homes to operate successfully.

If you are dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team that makes a difference, we encourage you to apply.

MAC Residential Services is an equal opportunity employer.
