We’re looking for a Part-Time Operations & Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of three growing businesses: RAMS Live, Collective Experiences and The Gap Collective.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable juggling different projects. You’ll work closely with the founder and wider team, helping keep things moving across live events, travel, entertainment and general business operations.
What you’ll be doing
The role will cover a mixture of day-to-day administration and project support, including:
- Managing emails and general enquiries
- Keeping documents, spreadsheets and databases organised
- Updating project trackers and schedules
- Helping coordinate meetings, calls and appointments
- Supporting event and travel planning
- Assisting with supplier and partner communications
- Organising invoices, receipts and basic financial administration
- Helping prepare proposals, presentations and other documents
- Keeping contact lists and CRM information up to date
- Supporting ticketing, bookings and customer administration where required
- Researching suppliers, venues, artists, partners and other opportunities
- Helping with general office administration
- Providing ad-hoc support across the three businesses as projects develop
The businesses
RAMS Live is a live events and production company working across concerts, festivals, touring and live experiences.
Collective Experiences is our wider international entertainment and experiences business, developing projects across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The Gap Collective is our Southeast Asian travel and experiences brand, combining group travel, music, nightlife, culture and community.
This means no two weeks are likely to look exactly the same.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and reliable
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Confident communicating by email and phone
- Good with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and online systems
- Detail-focused and good at following things through
- Interested in events, travel, music, entertainment or hospitality
- Able to use initiative rather than needing every task explained
Previous experience in an admin, operations, events or office role would be useful, but attitude, organisation and common sense are more important.
The role
10 hours per week, with flexibility around how those hours are structured.
The role will be primarily Liverpool-based, with the potential for some remote working and International Travel. We’re looking for someone who can become a reliable part of the team and potentially grow their involvement as the businesses develop.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
Work Location: In person
