Skobel's School Uniforms is a family-owned business with 50 years in school uniforms. Based in New Orleans, we also operate stores in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boise. We partner with schools to make the uniform process simple so parents and school leaders can focus on their students. We are known for a supportive, non-corporate work environment and very low employee turnover.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a well-connected, relationship-driven person to grow our school partnerships in the Boise area. This role fits someone who already knows local schools: a former teacher or administrator, an active school parent or PTO leader, or a sales professional looking for flexible hours. You will represent a local store with an established presence, so you are not starting from zero.

What You'll Do

• Sign new school uniform partnerships with principals, administrators, and school boards in the Boise area.
• Build and maintain relationships with our existing Boise school accounts.
• Plan your own weekly outreach to schools through visits, calls, and email.
• Present our uniform program to school leaders, in person or online.
• Work with management on pricing proposals and contracts.
• Log all school activity in our CRM and report results to management.
• Share what you hear in the market about competitors, pricing, and school needs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in K-12 education, school administration, or sales. Connections with Boise-area schools are a strong plus.
• Comfortable meeting with principals and decision makers.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule independently.
• Clear, professional communication in person and in writing.
• Basic computer skills. CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

• Part-time, about 20 hours per week, mostly during school hours
• Flexible schedule built around school calendars
• Local travel within the Boise area required

Base Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
