Part- Time Pace Transportation Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Berrien / Saint Joseph Center

Position Type: Part-Time (On-Site Office Role, up to 29 Hours/Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate driver routes and daily shift coverage using specialized scheduling software; troubleshoot logistics in real time.
• Documentation: Maintain precise trip logs, participant records, and daily schedules.
• Fleet Support: Monitor vehicle maintenance logs, safety reports, and capacity requirements to ensure smooth operations.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in transportation scheduling, dispatching, or logistics administration.
• Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Skills: Strong decision-making, adaptability, and communication skills with a focus on senior care.
