Part-Time Patient Support Representative

Bone Growth Stimulator Program

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and personable person to support patients prescribed bone growth stimulators and coordinate with the medical offices involved in their care.

You don’t need a healthcare background to be successful in this role. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, follows through, and is comfortable building relationships with patients and office staff. Healthcare experience is welcome, but strong customer service, organization, and people skills matter most.

This could suit someone seeking flexible part-time work, including nurses or other healthcare professionals looking for supplemental income, as well as candidates from customer service, sales support, or coordination roles.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate with patients and physician offices throughout the bone growth stimulator process
• Keep patient information, follow-ups, and next steps organized
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and office staff
• Follow up on outstanding items and help keep the process moving
• Assist with non-clinical questions about process, logistics, and device support
• Build positive working relationships with medical offices
• Represent the company with care and professionalism

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• A patient, helpful manner and comfort speaking with different people
• Reliability and the ability to manage part-time work independently
• Healthcare, nursing, medical assistant, medical device, DME, customer service, sales support, or coordination experience is helpful—but not required

This is a non-clinical support role. It does not involve providing nursing care or making clinical decisions.

Schedule and earning potential

Part-time, with a flexible schedule. The role has the potential to earn $5,000 or more per month, depending on activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed; the compensation structure and schedule will be discussed with qualified candidates.

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month
