Chatterbug Pediatric Therapy is a family-centered practice located in Riverview, FL, providing speech and language therapy to children of all ages. We offer engaging, individualized therapy in a nurturing environment and are looking for a compassionate SLP who is excited to grow with our practice.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Grow With Me position. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who wants to build a caseload while growing alongside an expanding pediatric practice.

The position offers a mix of in-clinic and community-based therapy, including services in daycare settings. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, building relationships with families, and providing fun, meaningful therapy in both clinical and natural environments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Florida SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct pediatric speech-language therapy in the clinic and community settings, including daycares.
• Build and grow a caseload as the practice expands.
• Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation.
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and daycare staff to support carryover of skills.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including OTs, PTs, and administrative staff, as appropriate.
