Part Time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Speak N Play Therapy is a small, independently owned pediatric speech therapy practice located in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. We provide individualized, play-based speech and language therapy in a welcoming, child-centered environment.

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing practice!

About the Position

This is an ideal opportunity for an SLP looking for a consistent, flexible schedule without the commitment of a traditional part-time or full-time position.

We have an established pediatric caseload ready to transition, with availability for approximately two afternoons per week. Scheduling can be flexible, making this a great fit for a school-based SLP looking for additional hours or a clinician seeking a better work-life balance.

There is potential for additional hours as the practice continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients, primarily ages 1–13.
• Develop and implement engaging, play-based treatment activities.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with families regarding progress and home practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with the practice owner to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active South Carolina SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small private practice setting.

Pay: From $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
