Part Time Personal Assistant

Confidential role | East Kent | 4 hours per week to start | £20 per hour

I’m looking for a reliable, highly organised Personal Assistant to provide in-person support with a varied mix of business and personal administration.

The work will include:

● Organising emails, appointments, diary items and to-do lists

● Keeping track of deadlines, paperwork and ongoing projects

● Following up with suppliers, clients and other contacts

● Helping with bookings, research and occasional local errands

● Supporting basic social media and content organisation

● Helping me prioritise tasks and make sure they are followed through

You’ll be organised, dependable and discreet, with good communication skills and the confidence to use your initiative. I’m looking for someone who can keep on top of different tasks and follow them through carefully.

This is an in-person role based in the East Kent area. The work cannot be done remotely. It will begin at around four hours per week, with flexible scheduling and the possibility of additional hours later.
