Part-time Personal Assistant, Permanent Position

We are looking for a part-time staff to provide daily administration support to a financial consultant at Prudential.

Job Scope:

·        Provide full administration support such as data entry, status tracking, expenses tracking, vendors liaising etc

·        Assist in business development adhoc tasks

·        Create marketing materials for social media or events

·        Any other administrative duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

·        Good communication skills and has an eye for detail

·        Proactive, able to multi-task and work independently

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

·        Experience using Canva to create simple marketing or social media materials is an advantage

·        On the job training will be provided

Working hours:   Mon – Fri: 9am to 1pm (20 hours a week)

Salary: $1000/month
