About the Role

Midlands College of Commerce (MCC) is looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with a team manager, providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks, planning, scheduling, and workload management.
• Organise documents, spreadsheets, records, and digital files.
• Manage routine emails, correspondence, and follow-ups.
• Track pending tasks, deadlines, and ongoing activities.
• Assist with preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating work.
• Provide regular updates and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Trustworthiness, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.
• Previous experience is an advantage, but freshers with suitable skills are welcome.

Working Arrangements

• Hours: Part-time, to be agreed upon.
