Memorial Pet Sitting is looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced pet sitter to join our growing team!

This position is ideal for someone looking to start with a small number of visits and gradually build a more consistent schedule.

Initially, visits will be assigned on an as-needed basis depending on client demand and your availability. As you become established with our clients and our business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional visits.

We are especially looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and interested in growing with our company long-term.

Responsibilities

● Provide in-home pet care for dogs, cats, and other household pets.

● Complete scheduled drop-in visits, typically lasting 30 minutes.

● Feed pets, refresh water, administer medications when needed, and provide walks or playtime.

● Send detailed visit updates and photos to clients through our scheduling app.

● Follow client instructions carefully and ensure pets and homes are safe and secure.

● Communicate professionally with clients and management.

Requirements

● Previous pet care experience preferred.

● Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

● Must have a smartphone.

● Must be dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.

● Must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds.

● Must pass a background check.

● Must be available for occasional weekends and holidays.

● Must live in or near our service areas.

Scheduling & Availability

This is not a position with guaranteed weekly hours or visits.

We are looking for someone who understands that building a client schedule takes time.

Compensation

● Independent contractor (1099) position.

● Paid per completed visit.

● Keep 100% of client tips.

● Additional earning opportunities during holidays.
