Phlebotomist

Seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to perform blood draws using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include collecting specimens for various tests, accurately entering patient data, processing samples, maintaining logs, and providing exceptional customer service. The role may involve administrative duties and travel to additional sites as needed.

Qualifications include a California Phlebotomy license (CPT) or pending application, at least 6 months of experience , and a high school diploma or GED. Preferred candidates have over a year of experience, bilingual skills in Spanish and English, and familiarity with geriatrics and pediatrics. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in teams are essential.

The position offers a pay range of $23.00 - $33.00 per hour , with eligibility for performance-based quarterly bonuses. The role requires attendance at training in California and flexibility to work overtime if necessary.
