Part-time Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist – Mitchell Holistic Health (Onalaska, WI)

Hours: 8–10 hours per week, mornings only (7–10 AM at most)
Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join us on a very part-time basis. This role supports our Functional Medicine practitioners by performing accurate blood draws for specialty lab testing in a calm, client-centered environment.

Duties

• Collect blood samples using venipuncture and skin puncture techniques, ensuring client comfort and safety.
• Prepare specimens accurately for laboratory testing, including labeling, processing, and documentation.
• Provide exceptional client service by explaining procedures clearly and addressing concerns with empathy.
• Follow laboratory procedures and protocols meticulously to ensure specimen integrity and accurate results.
• Assist with the processing and handling of specimens within the clinical laboratory setting.
• Maintain detailed records of all procedures performed, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Maintain organized, stocked blood draw supplies
• Keep a clean and professional environment
• Communicate clearly with the Clinic Director
• Follow all clinic policies for safety, sanitation, and documentation

• Dependable and punctual in arriving for blood draws
• Detail-oriented and confident with blood draws
• Professional and courteous with clients

Requirements:

• Phlebotomy training or certification (preferred, but not required in Wisconsin)
• Prior blood draw experience
• Must be available for morning shifts, 7–10 AM
