Join Swallowing Diagnostics, an established provider of mobile Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS), and help patients receive essential diagnostic care conveniently at their facilities. Positions available in Parkland, Bradenton and Port Charlotte, Florida

Work alongside an experienced clinical team in our mobile medical unit, evaluating an average of 6–8 patients per day. This hands-on position is ideal for a physician who enjoys geriatric care, teamwork, and traveling to different facilities throughout the workday

Duties

• Evaluate an average of 6–8 patients per day, providing medical consultation related to swallowing concerns.
• Supervise diagnostic testing and operate the C-arm fluoroscopy equipment within applicable requirements
• Assist with transporting patients into and out of the mobile medical unit.
• Complete timely electronic documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Skills

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida physician license.
• Experience with the geriatric population.
• Computer proficiency and comfort with electronic documentation.
• Ability to operate a fluoroscopic C-Arm.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to work in a mobile medical setting.
• Ability to safely assist with patient transport and mobility.
• Additional languages are a plus.
