About 4ME Pilates

4ME Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio dedicated to helping people move better, build strength, and improve their overall well-being. We provide personalised and group Pilates sessions in a welcoming, premium studio environment.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Pilates Instructor to join our team in Kochi.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Reformer Pilates sessions for clients of different fitness levels.
• Guide clients through safe and effective movement practices.
• Adapt exercises based on individual needs, abilities, and fitness goals.
• Assist with client onboarding, movement assessments, and progress tracking.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and supportive studio environment.
• Ensure equipment and the studio are kept clean and organised.
• Build positive relationships with clients and support their fitness journey.

Requirements

• A background in Pilates, Physiotherapy, Yoga, Sports Science, or a related fitness field.
• Knowledge of anatomy, movement principles, and exercise safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and client care.
• Willingness to learn and develop Pilates teaching skills.
• Previous Reformer Pilates teaching experience is an advantage.
