Pembroke Plumbing is a locally owned and operated, family-run plumbing company in Fairfield, Ohio, and we’re growing our office team. We’re looking for a part-time Plumbing scheduler to help take care of our customers and keep the day-to-day office running smoothly.

This is not your typical “sit quietly at a desk” job. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, and you’ll play a big part in making sure they have a great experience with Pembroke from the very first phone call.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering incoming customer calls with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Scheduling plumbing service appointments
• Talking with customers about their plumbing needs and getting the right information for our plumbers
• Helping customers understand what to expect when they schedule with us
• Managing appointment changes, questions, and follow-ups
• Communicating with our plumbers throughout the day
• Making outbound calls and following up with customers when needed
• Taking payments and handling basic office tasks
• Keeping customer information and schedules organized
• Helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothlyThe Person We’re Looking For

Plumbing experience is NOT required. We can teach you the plumbing side of things. What we can't teach is having a great attitude, caring about customers, and being someone our team can count on.

When customers call Pembroke, they get a real person right here in our Fairfield office — not a call center.

Our goal is to make our customers feel taken care of from the moment they call us to the moment the job is finished.
