Part Time PM Cook

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time PM Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and dietary guidelines
• Handle food safely and maintain proper sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
• Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and kitchen operations
• Support catering events or special meal requests as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced restaurants and catering environments highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
• Excellent knife skills and meal preparation abilities
• Familiarity with food industry standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and sanitation practices
• Ability to work part-time morning shifts with flexibility for additional hours as needed
