PART TIME: Pool Service Technician

Overview

Part-Time Pool Service Technician (3 Days / approx 20 Hours Per Week to Start)

Splash & Sparkle Pool Care is a growing, family-owned pool service company serving Manatee County. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Pool Service Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors.

This position will begin at approximately 3 days approx / 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as our company continues to grow. We provide paid training, a company vehicle for the assigned route, tools, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned daily pool route and complete scheduled services efficiently and professionally
• Test and balance pool water chemistry and add necessary chemicals
• Skim debris, empty skimmer and pump baskets, brush pool surfaces, and vacuum as needed
• Inspect pool equipment for leaks, damage, or other concerns
• Clean filters and salt cells as needed
• Document each service visit using our service app, including photos, notes, and water-test results
• Communicate with customers and the office regarding equipment concerns or issues requiring follow-up

Qualifications

• Dependable and reliable
• Able to work independently and manage a daily route
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and courteous with customers
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
• Willing to learn; pool-service experience is not required
