About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Front of House - Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team at Sugar(ed). This part-time role will be based in our studios in Singapore, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and engaging manner.
• Cashiering duties and inventory management.
• Answering and screening incoming phone calls, and addressing client enquiries.
• Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and handling other tasks as required
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping of our studios at all times
• Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team

Requirements:

• Work Location will be at either studio location whenever necessary:

  • Bukit Timah
  • Katong
  • Upper Thomson
  • Downtown

• Working hours:

  • Weekdays 10:30am to 8:30pm.
  • Weekends 9:30am to 6:30pm.
  • Public Holidays 9:30am to 7:30pm
  • Full-days only. No shifts

• Must be able to work on either one of the following workday combinations:

  • Fridays & Saturdays
  • Saturdays & Sundays
  • Sundays & Mondays

Remuneration:

$88 per workday
