Part-Time Post-Construction Cleaner

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of post-construction sites, including dust removal, debris disposal, and surface sanitation
• Clean using appropriate floor care techniques and equipment to restore their shine and safety
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to meet health standards and client specifications
• Remove construction materials, leftover debris, and trash from the site efficiently and safely
• Conduct detailed cleaning of windows, fixtures, vents, and hard-to-reach areas for a pristine finish
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good condition and properly stored after use

Requirements

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience, especially in commercial or residential settings
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums and sanitation products
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safety protocols on construction sites
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with carpet cleaning, housekeeper management, hotel housekeeping, or laundry services
