What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to get their hands dirty.
You don't need to be a master technician, but you should be comfortable looking at a vehicle, understanding how its systems work, and figuring out how to properly assemble, install, troubleshoot, or replace components.
The ideal candidate will be able to take a vehicle from assembly condition to customer-ready while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Schedule
Approximately 25 hours per week to start.
Schedule may be flexible depending on business needs.
Opportunity to increase to approximately 40 hours per week and transition into a full-time position.
Additional hours may become available as workload and business needs increase.
Tools
Employees are expected to provide their own basic mechanic's hand tools suitable for ATV/UTV and powersports assembly and repair.
Most of the vehicles we work on utilize metric hardware, so a good set of metric sockets, wrenches, hex/Allen keys, screwdrivers, pliers, and other common mechanic's tools is required.
Specialty tools and certain shop equipment will be provided by BDX Performance.
