Part Time PR Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing reports for management review including weekly clippings reports and media coverage reports, etc.
• Manage sample inventory and coordinate local and international sample logistics to stylists, editors, and influencers.
• Maintain daily communication with local couriers to ensure on-time delivery for media requests.
• Draft, translate, and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
• Assist in planning and executing PR events.
• Handle event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, and vendor coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the PR team, including submitting invoices and preparing presentations.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Communications / Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Able to work 2-3 days per week, working schedule is negotiable
