We are seeking an exceptional Practice Nurse to join our friendly and highly respected general practice team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse who is committed to providing the highest standard of patient care while working alongside a supportive team of experienced GPs, nurses, and administrative staff.

About the Role

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive nursing services, including:

• Chronic disease management and care planning
• Immunisations and vaccination programs
• Health assessments and preventative health initiatives
• Wound care and procedural assistance
• Care coordination and patient education
• Management of recalls and reminders
• Supporting GPs with various clinical and treatment room procedures

What We Are Looking For

We are searching for a nurse who:

• Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Has experience in General Practice nursing (preferred)
• Demonstrates excellent clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Has a genuine passion for patient-centred care
• Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Is organised, proactive, and able to work independently when required
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences
