Experienced Property Manager – Part-Time Remote Position | Nelson

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Nelson - properties based in Stoke.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows the property management industry, is highly organised, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in providing great service to both property owners and tenants.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing the process of bringing new rental properties on board and ensuring they are successfully rented and well managed.

Key responsibilities

• Setting up and onboarding new rental properties
• Preparing properties for the rental market
• Advertising properties and managing enquiries
• Conducting viewings and placing suitable tenants
• Completing routine property inspections
• Managing communication with owners and tenants
• Keeping property records and systems up to date
• General day-to-day property management duties

About you

• Have previous experience as a Property Manager
• Be confident managing properties from advertising through to tenant placement and ongoing inspections
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Have a good understanding of the New Zealand residential rental market
• Be professional, reliable and able to work independently
• Have experience using Palace and TPS – preferred but not essential
