Our work spans neuropsychological and psychological exams, evaluations for annulment, adoption, VAWC, and children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities), as well as HR seminars, trainings, and counseling or psychotherapy — continuously since 2010.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment Administration: Administer a wide range of psychological, cognitive, and personality tests in accordance with strict standardized protocols.
• Scoring & Data Management: Accurately score test instruments and compile raw data into clean, structured clinical summary tables.
• Behavioral Observation: Observe and document client behavior, engagement, and effort during testing sessions.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor testing materials, maintain physical/digital test kits, and ensure protocols are properly stocked.
• Patient Care & Engagement: Build rapport with clients to ensure a comfortable, supportive environment during long testing sessions

Qualifications:

• Registered Psychometrician (RPm). Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license)
• At least 1 year of experience in testing, assessment administration, scoring, and report writing.
• Must be able to work under pressure, effectively multitask, and possess a pleasing personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
