Time required
Looking for part-time Receptionists who are available from either:
- Fridays 4.30pm-6.30pm OR
- Saturdays 8.30am-10.30am
Location
Bukit Timah Plaza, 1 Jalan Anak Bukit (near Beauty World or KAP MRT stations)
About the role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for parents and students visiting the centre. The receptionist plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming and professional environment for children and parents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional front desk support to parents
- Accurately collect enquiry details and follow-up information
- Maintain familiarity with the centre's teaching philosophy, programmes and latest updates
- Ensure student safety when accompanying children to the shopping mall restroom
