Duties

• Greet clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately
• Manage front desk operations
• Maintain organized reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and inviting at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
• Some computer skills would be beneficial, although full training will be given
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 25.0 per week
