Part-Time Receptionist – Join Our Friendly Chiropractic Office!

We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team! If you have a warm and welcoming personality, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Empathy for patients and a passion for helping others
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a smile
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Process payments and handle basic billing tasks
• Verify and look up insurance benefits
• Open and close the office as needed

Job Details:

• Schedule: Mondays and Fridays (18 hours/week) with the flexibility to cover other days if needed
• Pay Rate: $15–$16/hour
• Experience: Not required, but customer service or front office experience is a plus! A love for chiropractic care is also a bonus.
