Part Time Receptionist

Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join this busy serviced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a professional setting, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.

Working Mondays and other casual days as needed/suits you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and guests.  Your responsible will be:

• Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Managing meeting room bookings and setup
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• Maintaining presentation of reception and common areas
• Providing administrative support to clients and office management
• Assisting with general office duties as required

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Previous reception, customer service, or administration experience however not essential as full training will be provided
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and polished presentation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

This is an ongoing casual office-based position located at Crows Nest (close to bus & metro routes) every Monday with other casual days as suits. Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm and the salary guide is $33 to $36.50 per hour + Super.
