Part-Time Receptionist

Fox Motors has a Part-Time Receptionist position opening in Kalamazoo, MI at Fox Maple Hill. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing a welcoming experience to all customers, vendors, and community members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Receptionist is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist, you are responsible for answering basic inquiries, directing customers, and digitizing documents. This is an entry level position and great way to start your career, work part time through school, or stay busy while enjoying partial retirement!

Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Be able work Monday and Wednesdays 1pm-7pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-2pm.
• Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
• Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assist with digitizing documents and other light office work
• Assists with administrative duties as requested.

SKILLSEXPERIENCE

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
