Duties

• Source candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to generate a robust pipeline of qualified applicants
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for multiple roles, ensuring alignment with company culture and job requirements
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, utilizing talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and refine selection criteria
• Maintain compliance with employment & labor law and HR legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and candidate experience
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track applicant progress, update records, and generate reports for recruitment metrics

Skills

• Excellent negotiation skills to engage candidates and close offers effectively
• Strong talent management capabilities including succession planning and employee orientation
• Proficiency in HR sourcing, external recruiting, and high volume recruitment strategies
• Experience with technical recruiting and full cycle recruiting processes across various industries
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards
• Skilled in using talent acquisition software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar HR systems
• Exceptional communication skills for interviewing, relationship management, and social media marketing (recruitment)
• Ability to research market trends and lead generation techniques to attract top talent
• Familiarity with employee evaluation, employee relations, training & development initiatives
