Part-Time Recruitment Officer

About the role

As a Recruitment Officer, you'll be part of the talent scouting and selection process that helps our organisation grow. You'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and connecting candidates with the right roles, while learning how recruitment decisions shape business success.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings across various platforms
• Source and reach out to potential candidates online
• Screen applicants and shortlist profiles for interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and assist with basic recruitment admin
• Support outreach efforts and help promote our team culture

About you

• Residing in Singapore
• Students or fresh graduates with at least a Singapore Diploma or an 'A' Level holder interested in HR, communications, or people management
• Clear communicators who are confident speaking with others
• Detail-oriented individuals who can organize tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated learners who take initiative and enjoy building connections
