Part-Time Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We're looking for an experienced recruiter / talent acquisition professional to join us on a part-time basis and support the growth of our team. If you already have experience sourcing candidates, approaching people and managing recruitment conversations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, Telegram and other platforms
• Proactively approach and engage potential candidates
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability
• Arrange and coordinate recruitment interviews
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline
• Work towards a target of 5 recruitment interviews per week

About you

• Prior recruitment / talent acquisition experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in approaching and engaging candidates
• Able to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Experience recruiting for sales or financial services roles will be an advantage
