Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Manage guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including tables and service stations
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and operate POS systems effectively where required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper serving techniques
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
