Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor dining room activity, ensuring that guests are seated promptly, orders are taken accurately, and service is efficient.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, seeking to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry is strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques, menu items, and wine pairings.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and inspiring team members to achieve excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
