RETAIL ASSISTANT - Permanent Part Time

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about headwear /sports and retail along with delivering exceptional customer service located in Cannington WA.

You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store presentation standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Process transactions accurately through POS systems
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support the Store Manager and team in daily operations
• Other ad hoc duties

About You

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night trading
