Part-Time RN Supervisor

The RN House Supervisor provides hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, operational, financial, and safety functions in the absence of senior leaders.

• Leads and mentors staff, promotes patient safety, and ensures quality care through effective communication and collaboration.

• Utilizes performance improvement tools, Lean Six Sigma, and evidence-based practices to drive excellence.

• Manages resources, responds to emergencies, and supports hospital operations, including surge plans and capacity management.

• Maintains compliance with licensing, certification, and professional standards, with minimum 2 years clinical and 2 years leadership experience.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
