Part-Time RN/LPN Nurses Needed

We are a small Home Health Company that is expanding seeking home health nurses to provide bedside care to our growing census of bedside patients in the Klickitat County area.

LPN Starting Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour.

RN Starting Pay: $50.00- $56.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records, including patient histories and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
