Part-Time Sales Academy Representative

Red Bull New York (“RBNY”) are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and one of the league’s ten original charter clubs. Founded in 1996, RBNY has competed in MLS since its inception. RBNY’s First Team plays its home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey and its Second Team plays its home matches at Montclair State University. RBNY are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull GmbH, after which the team is named.

RBNY’s First Team is a three-time MLS Supporters’ Shield winner and a two-time Conference Champion, while the Second Team is the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Champion. RBNY also operates one of the nation’s premier youth soccer development programs, spanning local partnerships across New York and New Jersey. RBNY’s Academy is ranked among the top development organizations in the country.

We will provide you with the training you'll need to be a successful sales representative while also building the foundation for future leaders and contributors within the Club and across the industry. This is a part-time position. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Responsibilities You will report to the Sales Academy Supervisor Manage the sale of Full and Partial Memberships, Group Ticket Packages, Premium options, and Youth Programs to businesses and consumers Develop a professional and personal network to seek new business opportunities Generate new business leads based on personal research and outreach Make the required 10 calls per hour Exceed established monthly revenue goals Help with game-day activities including sales tables, on-field events, and customer service to fans

• Excited to attend ALL home games and events at Sports Illustrated Stadium (nights, weekends, and holidays REQUIRED)
• As a part-time employee of the Company, you will not be eligible for Company-sponsored benefits or paid vacation

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).

The hourly rate for this position is $16/ hour + commission. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
