Part-Time Sales Assistant

**Position Overview:**We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations during our busiest testing and tutoring days.

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays from 8:30am to 2:30pm, and Thursdays from 11am to 7pm and one other day of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet students, parents, and tutors as they arrive and create a welcoming environment
• Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
• Manage check-in and check-out for tutoring sessions and practice tests
• Handle administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, data entry, and updating spreadsheets
• Ensure classrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and kept tidyProvide support to proctors and tutors during weekend practice tests
• Communicate any urgent issues to the weekday operations team

Sales Support Responsibilities :

• Assist with weekend sales inquiries by answering questions about services, programs, pricing, and scheduling
• Guide families toward the appropriate tutoring/test prep packages based on their needs
• Capture and document all new leads in the CRM and ensure accurate follow-up notes
• Provide immediate hand-offs to the weekday sales team for urgent sales opportunities
• Promote upcoming programs, courses, and events to walk-ins, testers, and parents
• Support weekend promotions by sharing relevant information with families

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve as needed
• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of CRM systems preferred but not necessary *training will be provided*

Compensation:

• $25 per hour
