Part Time Sales Assistant

About the role

Havaianas is at Manawa Bay, and we're looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to join our pop-up store team and bring the fun, laid-back energy of Havaianas to life in-store. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract running from October 2026 to February 2027, ideal for someone who loves retail, enjoys connecting with customers, and wants to be part of an exciting new store for an iconic global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service and help customers find their perfect pair of Havaianas
• Process sales and transactions accurately through our POS system
• Assist with stock management and replenishment
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
• Keep the store tidy, organised and well stocked
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and create a positive in-store experience

About you

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
• A friendly, proactive and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Someone reliable, flexible and ready to hit the ground running
• Availability required for Black Friday, Boxing Day and public holidays
