Responsibilities

• Lead, assist and supervise staff ensuring the shopping experience at weekends is reflective of during the week.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and merchandising standards
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment
• Assist in training new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
• Manage inventory levels by conducting stock counts, organizing displays, and coordinating with suppliers when necessary
• Maintain effective communication within the team through regular meetings and updates on promotions or store initiative

Experience

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or sales environments is highly preferred
• Proven track record of team management and motivating staff to meet sales goals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and administrative tasks
• Experience in retail management systems or POS (point of sale) technology is advantageous
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy store setting while balancing multiple responsibilities
