Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Assist in training new staff members and supervising daily operations when needed.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail calculations.
• Ability to supervise staff when required, fostering a positive team environment.
• Experience with product demonstrations is a plus.
