Inline Vape Stores is looking for Part-Time Retail Sales & Product Associates to join our team at multiple store locations. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning about products, and helping create a positive in-store shopping experience.

In this role, you will assist customers with product questions, support daily store operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment. Associates are expected to provide honest, helpful recommendations while making sure customers feel comfortable and informed.

Job Duties

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers choose products based on their needs and preferences
• Answer product-related questions clearly and accurately
• Recommend additional items or upgrades when they are useful and appropriate
• Operate the POS system and process customer transactions accurately
• Handle cash, card payments, and receipts responsibly
• Assist with opening and/or closing the store as scheduled
• Restock shelves and organize merchandise throughout the store
• Maintain clean, attractive product displays
• Keep the sales floor neat, safe, and welcoming
• Help with inventory counts, stock checks, audits, and reporting
• Follow company procedures, store policies, and compliance standards
• Communicate professionally with managers, coworkers, and customers

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or vape industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
• Detail-oriented and able to stay organized during shifts
• Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
• Honest, respectful, and professional in all interactions
• Willing to learn about products, store procedures, and industry requirements
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available for part-time scheduling, including some evenings and/or weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
