Part-time Sales Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily store operations. The successful candidate will receive training and may have the opportunity to become a certified bra fitter as they develop within the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and gift cards through the POS system.
• Maintain product knowledge on lingerie, sleepwear, shapewear, and accessories.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
• Assist with receiving shipments, inventory counts, and restocking.
• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and store areas clean and presentable.
• Support promotional events and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Fulfill online orders by processing purchases, preparing shipments, packaging products, and coordinating customer pickups while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Participate in bra fitting training and, upon successful completion, provide fitting services to customers.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a considerable asset but not required.
• Previous bra fitting experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to learn new products and sales techniques.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
