Fitness Membership Advisor – SPENGA Boutique Fitness Studio Part-Time | Hourly + Commission

Love fitness, people, and a positive team environment?

SPENGA is seeking an energetic Fitness Membership Advisor to help grow our community. This role combines member experience, relationship-based sales, and fitness culture in a boutique studio environment.

You’ll help prospective members discover SPENGA, guide them through membership options, and create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged.

Current or former boutique fitness members strongly encouraged to apply.

About SPENGA SPENGA combines spin, strength training, and yoga into one powerful 60-minute workout. Our studio is built on community, accountability, and helping people feel stronger and more confident every day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and first-time guests
• Introduce prospects to the SPENGA experience
• Guide membership conversations and sales
• Follow up with leads and prospective members
• Support new member onboarding
• Assist with studio setup/reset before and after classes
• Maintain a clean, organized studio
• Represent the SPENGA brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in health and fitness
• Weekend availability preferred

Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or boutique studios is a plus.
