Duties

• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Assist with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling.
• Upsell additional products or services by highlighting value propositions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays to support effective merchandising strategies.
• Handle retail store product knowledge inquiries confidently and communicate product features clearly.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels.
• Support inventory management by stocking products efficiently and conducting stock checks regularly.

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic retail math ensures smooth transaction handling.
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing store sections.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Strong communication skills are essential for engaging customers and collaborating with team members.
• Experience in conducting product demos or upselling enhances your ability to drive sales success.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
