Role Description The Part-time Sales Associate role is an on-site position based in Tyler, TX. The Sales Associate will welcome and assist customers, provide product information, and help shoppers find jewellery that matches their style and needs. Daily tasks include delivering a high level of customer service, handling sales transactions, maintaining store and display presentation, and supporting inventory replenishment. The role also involves learning current collections, communicating promotions, and working collaboratively with team members to meet store goals. Availability for weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods is expected in this part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and support a positive in-store experience.
• Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) skills, with attention to accuracy in transactions and basic math competencies.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional interaction with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Visual merchandising and store presentation skills, with an eye for detail in product display, cleanliness, and organization.
• Teamwork and reliability, including the ability to collaborate with others, follow store procedures, and meet attendance and schedule commitments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move product, and perform typical retail physical tasks, with adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Interest in jewellery, fashion, and trends, with a willingness to learn about Pandora products, collections, and brand standards.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
