Part-time Sales Associate (Fictionist)

NONFICTION seeks for individuals to introduce our brand and provide memorable experiences/services to customers visiting NONFICTION stores, and also assist in the overall operation & stock management of the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Service: Introduce NONFICTION and its products along with ensuring a pleasant experience for customers.
• Sales & Revenue Management: Proceed with payments and generate sales reports.
• Inventory Management: Organize inventory based on store sales, including ordering, inventory count, warehousing and returns.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year experience in sales within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer-centric thinking and service mindset
• Customer servicing to foreign customers (English/Japanese/Chinese)
• Team-oriented and adaptability in flexible organization
