Part-Time Sales Representative - Base Plus Commission

RC Pressure Washing TX is a growing exterior cleaning and parking lot striping company based in Spring, TX. We're hiring a part-time sales rep to grow our commercial accounts. We operate mostly from North Houston to Conroe and travel further for commercial jobs. What you'll do - Cold call commercial clients: property managers, HOAs, retail centers, restaurants, and office buildings - Reach back out to past clients to book repeat and seasonal work - Follow up by phone, text, and email, and keep every lead updated in our CRM (GoHighLevel) - Book walkthroughs and, as you grow, go out and run estimates on larger jobs Pay - $10 an hour plus 5% commission on jobs you book - Part time with set hours. Starts work-from-home, then becomes hybrid. Requirements - At least 1 year of sales, cold calling, or call center experience - Comfortable with CRM software - Working phone, computer, and reliable internet - Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance for estimates

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
